cute boutique hotel comfortably located on a nice quiet street in Aussen Alster, 10 min walk from Hauptbahnhof. staff was friendly & helpful. the river is a nearby & Lange Reihe had lots to offer for food & beverage options. we had a wonderful stay!

Due to our late-night arrival, we used the self-check-in option. We had also arranged a garage spot in advance and were informed of the parking space number ahead of time. Entering and exiting the garage might be a bit tricky for less experienced drivers because of the sharp turns. The hotel staff was excellent — it was no problem to arrange a later departure from the parking spot, which allowed us to enjoy Hamburg without worrying about where to park. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection and regularly replenished items.

Family owned hotel with exceptionally friendly staff, beautiful location right by the lake in a gorgeous neighbourhood, close to the central station, which was very convenient. We loved the quiet, comfortable, airy room with large windows and the sweet garden. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
