According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, guests are required to present their photo identification, passport or birth certificate of every passenger upon check-in.Guests are responsible for self-checking room furnishing and facilities, food/drinks in minibar upon check-in and check-out as per regulations of the Hotel.For any changes to the reservation, guests are required to inform the property at least 7 working days prior to check-in.Guests may experience disturbances and noises from 09:00 until 16:00 at Bay View Restaurant. The property apologises for any inconvenience caused.Kindly present children's birth certificate(s) upon check-in. If children's birth certificates are not provided, their age will be converted based on their height.Full-board meals will begin with dinner on the day of check-in, and end with lunch on the day of check-out. Should you wish to have lunch on your arrival date instead of departure date, please inform the property at least 5 days in advance. This meal-change option is only available for arrival before 13:00 and departure before 12:00. Changing meal options on arrival day is not possible.Room rates on [31 December 2022] not include a gala dinner. Compulsory Gala Dinner on [31 December 2022] at additional charge at 1.600.000 VND/ adult (above 12 years old) and 800.000 VND/child (4 - 12 years old) that collected at property

Everything was perfect. The location on Ha Long Bay is beautiful with private beaches. It is the perfect place to see Ha Long Bay. The rooms were great, very clean and had everything you would need. The cocktails and food we had were all lovely. The staff were very friendly and helped with everything we needed. The two minute speed boat to the property made it that bit more exciting! We hope to come back one day!

The resort and island itself was amazing. Beautiful hotel and island. Room was perfect with nice views. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The Vinpearl resort was beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. So much so that we will definitely be back. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. Lots of facilities, wish we stayed longer.

Rooms with sea view, nice pool and food. The hotel is on a separate island, so you will enjoy privacy there. Visit their Italian restaurant, you will enjoy the food there.
