Transfer service (Pick up and drop off within Hanoi Old Quarter area only) is available at an extra charge. Rates for round-trip service in a shared bus are USD 40 per guest in a luxury bus.Guests who wish to utlise the service are expected to contact the property directly at least 2 days prior to arrival. Advanced registration is compulsory by law. Room rates include 2 complimentary bottle of water per cabin daily. Other drinks or beverages will be charged according to the menu. Please note that full settlement of the total reservation is required at least 1 day before departure at the cruise office in cash or credit card (Visa or Master Card only) or via bank transfer. The manager Andy was very competent, kind, helpful and fun, we had many laughs together. Beds were comfortable and the food delicious. We enjoyed kayaking 😀. Staff was very skilled.

We absolutely loved the whole experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom with the outside deck area at the front of the boat was large and clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of delicious food and something for everyone. The trip to the floating village, the cave and beach were also great. Squid fishing in the evening.

This cruise was just fantastic. From the moment we stepped on board, we were treated like royalty! We did the 2 night one. The crew were amazing. It was no problem for them to sub some food due to allergies, which was helpful. Our cruise director was Win, and he was so helpful. He kept us informed of what was happening regularly. Even arranged a transfer to our next destination for us and took us to the atm. And we had some great chats with him. Thanks, Win! Tony was great also, and the lady at the bar whose name we can't remember. Also, Megan on the day boat looked after us well too. Definitely recommend this one!
