The staff was amazing, always nice and committed to create the best experience for you. We had a great tour in Hà Long Bay, visiting the caves, the beach and kayak in a lovely little bay doing monkey watching (one of the best experiences I've had in the last years!). We also did karakoke night and Tai chi at the sunrise. The food was abundant and excellent. I would definitely recommend it!
