The staff and in particular, Tracy, who was so smiley and helpful. Also the breakfast and egg coffees were perfect. Room was a good size too.

The room was comfortable with excellent views of the harbour from the balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and would return.

The staff is very friendly, they helped me with my questions and arranged my trip. The room is big and kept clean. Best Wifi connection I've had in a while. Location is just outside the City but easily walkable. You've got a great view either way; one side the ocean the other side the mountain
