Location is great, restaurants and river side nearby, share kitchen has everything even including private storage containers for each room, coin laundry in the basement is convenient, common area on the 3rd Floor is cozy and relaxing.

This was our first experience in this type of accommodation so we were a little concerned at just how it would be. Andrea has performed miracles!- Although the room was small, Andrea had managed to have a lovely bed; separate shower/toilet, storage, mini fridge, coffee maker and tv with good wifi in it! The communal kitchen was spacious and comfortable, parking was on site, there was a sauna and gym available for those people staying there as well as a top floor retreat and balcony( which we did not use due to the weather). The old historical house had been completely renovated but still had its charm and Andrea was lovely to catch up with personally!

'Always a pleasure to be within walking distance of restaurants. pubs, & shops in Hallowell, Maine.. You cannot go wrong with this wonderful rooming option!
