The overall experience is great. The service, including hospitality, food, and location, is good. We enjoyed the food there. The meals were delicious and came with rice and bread. Owner Shota and staff Tsubasa were very friendly, kind and always helped solve any problems. We had a great time here. 😊

The location is awesome for access to Iimori Resort. A short walk gets you to the snow school and chairlifts. If you don’t have a car then you can organise breakfast and dinner on site otherwise opt for Uber to get into the village. The owner and staff were polite and helpful.

The employees here are amazing! They are super friendly and warm hearted. The location is very convenient. The food provided is great. Love the coffee, tea, rice and soup. The owner is a good chef and professional photographer!
