Staff were very helpful and operate a shuttle bus in the morning and afternoon to early evening. Breakfast was great. The beds were super comfy.

amazing place to stay! had such a great time and felt so welcomed by all the staff members. they went above and beyond to accommodate and get me where i wanted to go throughout the valley. i’ll be back for sure! 🥰

The staff were amazing and so helpful. If you had any questions they were right on to it and helped out and not to mention fresh bacon and eggs every morning!

The owners and staff were all exceptionally lovely and helpful. They went above and beyond to meet all of our requests and answer any questions! They ensured we had the best time in Hakuba with their thoughtful suggestions. We also appreciated the clean and very comfy beds at the end of our big ski days. 11/10 will stay again ☺️
