Spacious clean room just as advertised. Onsen was superb and really enjoyed time in the onsen. A great selection for breakfast and the person covering hotel reception was most helpful and courteous. On the last day of our visit since were leaving before breakfast, he arranged for us to have a packed breakfast to enjoy on our journey. Could not have asked for more and would highly recommend the resort.

Very clean hotel, has a little kids play area which was entertaining for our kids. The onsen was good but would be better if it had a bathroom within the onsen area. The room was spacious for our family of 5. Breakfast was nice. Staff are very friendly. Would stay again!

The onsen was included but the onsen fees had to be paid at the hotel. Very happy with the hotel and pleasant service. The experience of sleeping on futons was great and comfortable.
