To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Gora Train Station or Sounzan Train Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Children under 12 years old cannot stay at the property.Please note that rooms do not come with a bathtub although they are equipped with a shower and a toilet. Guests must walk to the hot spring facilities located outside the property to take a bath.The hotel has a curfew at 21:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the hotel after this time.If checking in after 19:00, please contact the hotel in advance. The hotel can prepare a boxed dinner upon request.

It was an amazing experience! The private onsen assigned just to our room was beautiful! We ate some very tasty traditional Japanese meals for breakfast and dinner, the room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable They were kind to transfer us to Gora station when we checked out, also it’s convenient to get around with cable car and ropeway A lot of the buses that pass by are not accepting the Hakone Free Pass, but otherwise it’s quite convenient to use them too! Overall it was an amazing experience and we would definitely stay again!
