Terrific location, around a 7min walk from the Hakone-Yumoto train station and all the lovely shops around the area. We were so impressed by the hospitality of the owner and the staff, who made us feel very at home during our two nights there. We also opted for the breakfast and dinner option, and each meal was delicious and left us incredibly full. The public and the private rooftop onsen (can be booked for a small fee of 3300yen for 45min) were amazing! Having stayed in a few other ryokans, this one definitely impressed us most

It took me so long to choose a Ryokan for our stay but I am so glad we chose this one - What a fabulous experience! We only stayed for one night but I wish It could have been longer. The staff were incredibly friendly and joyous. We were lucky enough to have the private onsen room and it was just beautiful and the perfect recouperation, and a comfortable way to try our first onsen. The food was a brand new experience for me and there was just so much of it provided, clearly expertly prepared, and I tried (and enjoyed!) many things I wouldn't have otherwise. Thank you so much!

Really good location. So handy to the train station. The staff are excellent- extremely kind, welcoming and accommodating. The food (dinner and breakfast) was great- and was a lot of food. Overall- really recommend!!!
