The one-way shuttle (charges apply) is available from Hakone Yumoto Train Station to the ryokan at the following times: 14:15/14:45/15:15/15:45/16:15/16:45/17:15/17:45.Guests can use the hot-spring baths in all Ichinoyu Group properties for free.Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.Guests using a car navigation system are advised to use the map code: 0460-85-5334Guests with children are kindly requested to notify the property in advance of the following information: the total number of children, the age of each child staying in the room and whether or not meals/extra bedding will be necessary. If the property is not informed at least 2 days prior to the date of arrival, bedding and meals may not be guaranteed.You must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. This applies only to guests who have a dinner included booking.Group booking guests with 2 or more booking confirmation numbers must notify the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Modifications of bookings must be made at least 2 days prior to the date of arrival. If the number of guests checking in exceeds the number of guests indicated in the booking confirmation, additional fees may apply.

Location on the river was amazing. Our traditional Japanese room was spacious and view on the river was gorgeous. Very close to the bus stop to Togendai and to Odawara. Special shout out to the food!!!!! The half board option highly recommended if you want to try (lot of) Japanese traditional cuisine

Adorable to stay in such long standing traditional ryokan. Authentic Japanese breakfast and dinner and even out guests name in outside when you arrive!

This was truly an amazing stay and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Located very close to the train station, it was super convenient to access on foot, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The room was incredible, with a beautiful view overlooking the river—falling asleep to the sound of the water was so calming. We even saw fireflies while relaxing in our private hot tub, which made for such a romantic and unforgettable evening. The food was by far the best we had during our trip. Every dish came in a perfect flow, and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that free drinks were included! The staff were also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and even catered to our request for one meal to be seafood-free without any issues. There’s also a lovely souvenir shop by reception with lots to choose from. Out of all the places I researched in Hakone, this one offered some of the best value for money. The quality of the experience far exceeded our expectations, and I’m so happy we chose to stay here. It’s perfect for couples, but also great for families—they even offer private family baths for rent. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.
