Ankit “Excellent ryokan and private onsen”

Our favourite stay during the entire Japan trip. Would highly recommend. The private onsen was incomparable. The rooms were small but extremely cozy and gave the vibes of staying in a traditional ryokan or an old geisha teahouse. The location is also great, walking distance from Hakone station but still away from the busy streets. The complimentary breakfast, despite being minimal, was filling and delicious.

Wonderful small property with only 3 rooms! You can reserve a private onsen which was fantastic. In a very central location, but nice and quiet. The staff at the restaurant were very welcoming and helpful even though they were working.

- Very nice staff - Very cute old house, Japanese old style ryokan. Lovely rooms - Nice and calming atmosphere around the hotel - Great with an own onset - Burgers in the restaurant below were good
