An advance reservation is required for Yamazakura teppanyaki restaurant.The hot spring public baths are open from 06:00 to 10:30 and from 14:00 to 24:00.Dinner for guests with dinner-included plans will be served at 18:00 and the guests will be served French meals.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

This stay was a highlight of our trip. We loved the comfortable beds and great size room. We were very lucky to have a clear view of mt Fuji on one of our days at the hotel. We utilised the pirate ship which was located next door for boarding. There was a good variety of food available (even for a fussy child) we enjoyed the drinks bar, guest lounge and the onsen. We would recommend this hotel highly and would definitely choose to stay again

I had an amazing experience at Hakone hotel. The view from the room was breathtaking and added to the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Everything about the hotel—from the professionalism of the staff to the quality of the facilities—was exactly as expected, if not better. The onsen was truly to die for, providing an incredibly soothing and luxurious experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and top-notch service.

The location, view, facilities, room, cleanliness, amenities everything is absolutely brillaint. The hotel has great restaurants within the premises and nearby. It walking distance from bus stop and the cruise starting point. Everything was great.

The view...we had a stunning view towards the lake and the Fuji Mountain (the peak). Spacious beds, and very spacious room. Interesting setup for the bathroom window towards the room and the fact that we had everything we could have imagined. Including pajamas.
