The location is perfect for visiting the key sights around Mt Fuji. It was very clean. The key to the hostel is the manager Kana, a wonderful, kind, thoughtful and gentle lady. If there is Booking.com award, Kana should definitely receive it. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She gave us lots of advice, booked a restaurant, booked an onsen. Thank you again Kana, take care

Very clean, good location, comfortable bed, nice shower. The best is the host, Kana, she takes a very good care of the property, gives very good tips and even makes reservations for restaurants. She made our stay great!

The staff member who checked us in was so helpful, friendly and proactive! She had an answer to all of our questions and she even offered to book us a session in a private onsen nearby! The beds were insanely comfortable, the air conditioning was fantastic and the bedding was very clean and soft.

Everything! The lady running the hostel was the most amazing host ever. She gave a lot of advice about where to eat, visit and onsen. And she booked us everything. The location is perfect to move around by bus with the Hakone free pass. Everything was cleaned and super!
