Great customer focus, we didn’t notice the check-in deadline and dinner time when booking and the staff waited for us and served a fantastic meal. We were delighted by it.

The breakfast and evening meal is as absolutely phenomenal- a real taste of Japan. The hot baths you had easy access to without having to book. A lovely view from the room- which was large. Really friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend for an authentic Japanese experience.

Great location just a few steps from cablecar/ropeway station. Family atmosphere, nice staff, excelent food, enjoyable onsens.
