Everything was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location, convenience store and view were so good. It was easy to travel to and from the airport and other locations. Very clean, quiet and luxurious. Thank you very much!

Great location. Tram station was just across the road. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a Family Mart attached to the hotel. Our favorite Japanese restaurant was just across the road. The hotel is convenient to everything. We had buffet breakfast during our whole stay at the hotel. We love their selection of food especially the sashimi section and other traditional Japanese food and Hakodate specialties. It was really good value for money and I highly recommend getting the room with breakfast package when booking. We also like that they supply pajamas in the room. Parking was also convenient and very reasonable at Y700 per day

The bed was very comfortable, and the AC actually gets cold and circulates around the room well. I was fortunate enough to have a view of the mountains from my room as well. The hotel is right next to one of the street car stops, minutes walk from the fortress, and there are many cafes/bars/resturants in the immediate vicinity. The staff was friendly and there is a Family Mart attached to the hotel.
