Great location to the brickhouse and close to the tram. Amazing amenities for the kids and adults! Play cars for the kids and great free coffee (specialty ones too!!). The room we had was big! Way bigger than the standard Japanese rooms we come to expect.

Super friendly and helpful staffs. A few of them are fluent in english. Enjoyed their lounge during the stay, they have a coffee machine which makes delicious drinks. Room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Especially personnel was wonderful. Very chatty, motivated, helpful, they love their job and the interaction with people. LOVELY !! Especially Yasmina an Mayo Mama were outstanding.

it was a comfortable stay with lovely staff and good facilities. Well located as well between the morning fish markets and the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse. They even provide you with bath salts as part of the amenities.
