-quite big rooms -clean rooms -towels and wardrobes -u can use hotel pools with hot water -breakfast and dinners included with the price of the room -entry to the Hungarospa and one of the special zones included with the price of the room

We had a family room, which provided enough space for the 4 of us. Balcony, hot water in the shower, minibar. So was ok, except from the smell that came from the bathroom, that wouldn’t go even with the ventilation switched on. The food, although not to varied, was ok – we had breakfast and dinner. The hotel offers acces on Aqua Palace, part of the larger water complex, that is open in winter. Lots of swimming pools, slides etc. We enjoyed it (especially the kids!!!). On the other hand… When we first got there, after the bracelet from the hotel was scanned and we got acces to the wardrobe, we noticed that the lockers wouldn’t function. We had to go again to the entrance and be scanned again (don’t know why). Happened also the second day. At the second day – my wifes’s bracelet didn’t work. So me and the kids entered, and she was obliged to go back to the hotel (a good 10 min walk) in order to change the bracelet, a gesture that could be easily done there, at Aqua Palace. The personnell at the gates was generally polite, but there was this lady that was extremely rude, she told my wife to leave the premises and come back with a new bracelet. Also waved on her with her hands. This kind of treatment I think is unsual for the time we live in, and must not be tolerated. If it helps – this is an info for management – this lady worked on Saturday, the 4th of November, in the morning, at about 10:30, on the indoor gate near the restaurant. Really shameful conduct! I mean, they saw me and the kids enter, but banned my wife! Not ok.
