We really liked this place. Family run, very honest and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the place feels more luxurious than others I’ve stayed in for similar price in Vietnam. I definitely recommend.

I can to join to positive review about hotel owner. Viktor is unusually polite and delicate. All tours organized by Viktor (inc. taxi to Noi Ba airport) were wonderful and had affordable price. Flexible tine of nice breakfast ( unforgettable pancake!). Location, room, service were the best. We will come back

Good location not far from center (5-10 min away). Breakfast super basic but ok. The desk man very gentle. Wifi was fast. Views from the balcony were better than in center of cat ba as most of the city is under construction and ours was in front of a lake.

The man running the hotel was absolutely lovely, he gave us all kinds of information on boat tours, hiring mopeds as well as busses to different locations. The location was good, lots of restaurants nearby but far enough away from the construction work so you didn’t see it when looking out of the window. The beds were comfortable and it was great value for money !
