Great that I could control the room temperature. I would have like better lighting. For example a lamp that allows you to read when in bed. I would have liked to be able to watch Dutch channels. Lang leve Nederland 1.2 & 3.

The location of the street is in the middle of the city center and car-free. The large roof terrace is really a plus for the accommodation, but is shared with another apartment. The apartment is very modernly equipped. A good accommodation for 4 people.

The location was absolutely superb in the centre of the old city of Haarlem, about a minute's walk from the main square. The apartment well-appointed, clean, and the bed very comfortable. It was a haven after a busy day sightseeing. We enjoyed sitting out on the roof terrace as well as having the choice of eating out or in. The only minor negative was it took us a few nights to figure out how to get the air con to cool. The apartment was quite warm, and we could have done with clearer instructions. We figured it out the night before we left!
