We love the view of Halong Bay in our family room at the 6th floor. The room was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of 5. The receptionists were very helpful too.

Our group of 6 had 3 twin rooms; 2 on the 7th floor and 1 on the 4th. Everyone was very happy with this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms efficient and the air cons worked well. All 3 rooms had bay views. We did not use the dining room, but we did spend some time on the rooftop and in the billiards room. The hotel is well located quite near Vin Plaza and "food street". The staff were helpful and pleasant.
