This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were such good value for money, seriously luxurious! The staff were all so kind and helpful and the pool was refreshing and so cool. We also did the ha giang loop tour through them which was completely perfect. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for 1 night after the Ha Giang loop and honestly wish we stayed longer. The room was actually mental for the price we paid. Massive! So big and spacious with massive windows floor to ceiling and a industrial size AC unit. It has a bloody lounge area too. Sofas and chairs and tables. Lighting was lovely also! The room and bathroom were so big that the missus was shouting for 20 mins for bog roll before I heard her. The pool out back was so nice. Naturally filled through mountain water. Super refreshing. The rooftop bar has great views but we had one drink then all the staff disappeared for ages. Breakfast was spot on. Buffet style, help yourself. The restaurant for dinner was alright but super slow service and the food was passable. The wait for food was a bit mental through. The staff on the desk are really lovely! So helpful and friendly. Tina was so nice and kind! They do offer Ha Giang tours but we didn't go with them so I cant comment really. Lastly, there is a pug. He is a legend and will sometimes hop in the lift with you to the rooftop bar and chill with you to there.

The place is amazing! A great night stay after the Ha Giang Loop to enjoy the pool and relax. Tina is a fantastic host who remembers everyone’s names and is very warm and friendly and even waved us goodbye on our bus! The cabin rooms are 10/10 , beds super comfy and spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant is good too!
