Staff all is young guy, very helpful us to booking bus ticket and solved our missed bus from Hanoi airport. Room and bed very big; breakfast simply but enough for us.

We arrived late on a bus from Hanoi and a lot was closed. The check in was very efficient and our room was clean and spacious. The kitchen had technically closed for the night but they still cooked us dinner which was delicious.
