The hostess are so kindly and helpful, there's one cover place outside if you travel by motorcycle.

Got a neat room on the second floor of a private house. No complaints at all — it’s perfect for a solo traveler. Met a guest from China in the hallway — we had a good laugh picking apart the local public transport :D

I loved it. The multilingual lady who runs this guesthouse is as elegant as the house itself. I absolutely loved the wooden staircase. The room was very spacious and I found the bed very comfortable. I would have stayed longer if there had been a more suitable desk for work (there was an amazing office chair in the room). Another factor was that the wifi connection was very poor in the room (something like 3.5 Mbps). Having said this, the location was fabulous, and I would book again 100%. The unobstructed views from the room were fantastic, and from the spacious living room, you get fantastic views over the Aragats mountain (4090m). In summary, recommended!!

Cozy like home—I felt like coming visit my relatives rather than a guest here. Hosts are pretty friendly, hospitable and warm-hearted. If you speak French, the lovely mémé will tell you some good old stories! This property has a great location, just few minutes walking to the downtown Gyumri and right next to the Theater Square where you can catch GG back to Yerevan.
