Well maintained property. The owner Ms.Liana is a great person. She was very helpful. Gave us good suggestions on restaurants and food to eat at and places not to miss out on Gyumri. Would def recommend my friends to go there.

everything and the host's hospitality and support beyond the rest. beautiful very thought through design, small but comfy. we had a projector in our room! shared kitchen is fully equipped. it is placed perfectly as well, everything is walking distance from the train station, city center, shops, restorants. highly recommend this place.

The owner's kindness was greatly appreciated when she upgraded our room. She was super helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room itself was cozy and quiet, ideal for a restful sleep.
