Hotel Overview

Les Ilets de la Plage is a resort of 11 villas and 1 studio apartment located on St. Jean Beach, with a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom layouts either on the beach itself, on the hillside offering views of the bay or the three bedroom garden villa on the ground level with enclosed garden offering seclusion and privacy.
Built in the traditional Caribbean style, all villas have fully-equipped kitchen facilities, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and maid service.
Complimentary fresh bread & pastries will be delivered to each villa daily and complimentary tea and coffee are available in your villa or by the pool. Satellite TV. Wireless internet access in every room.
Guests may spend their morning reading in the hammock, go grab lunch on the terrace, or simply head to the beach.
The reception is manned during office hours and staff are available to assists guests. Complimentary fresh bread & pastries will be delivered to each villa daily and complimentary tea and coffee are available all morning by the pool.
St. Barthélemy Airport is a 5 minutes drive away, while St Jean beach is a few steps away.
Please be aware that we currently have some construction at our neighbours' properties on both sides. It hasn’t been too intrusive to date, but we cannot say how things will be in coming weeks. We prefer to inform in advance so you can make an informed decision about coming.
Of course, if either of these developments inconvenience or disturb your stay we will make an appropriate gesture, however, it is impossible to say at this stage what that could be without yet knowing the levels of disruption, if indeed any at all.

This villa features views of the sea. The bedroom is air conditioned and includes a king or twin beds, en-suite shower and W.C. The kitchen is well-equipped with a hot plate, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The dining area has a teak table with chairs and a living room, which extends out to the terrace with views over the bay.

Located on the hillside, this villa features a private terrace with views of the sea and Saint Jean Bay. The air-conditioned bedrooms have either a king or twin beds with en-suite shower room. The kitchen is well-equipped with a hot plate, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The open-plan dining and living area can seat up to 8 people, which extends on to the terrace.

Featuring a private garden and barbecue, this villa offers 3 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a large open-plan living area, dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Private parking on site is included.

Villa - Beach Front - enter dates to see room photos

The beachfront villas have a covered terrace opening onto a grassy space with beach access. The upstairs bedroom is air conditioned and includes a king-size or twin beds, en suite shower and W.C. On the lower level, the kitchen is well-equipped with a hot plate, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator/freezer. The dining area is just off the kitchen and the living room is at the entrance of the villa. Each terrace faces the beach and surrounding gardens, with a teak table and sun chairs.

This large studio (55sq meters) is fully air-conditioned, open plan and all on one level. The living area is perfectly formed, comprising comfortable seating as well as a dining table and chairs. The bedroom has a king sized bed (or twin beds on request) with en-suite bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with a hot plate, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and refrigerator and freezer. There is also a terrace with sun chairs for relaxing.

Boasting a private entrance, this air-conditioned villa includes 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. In the fully equipped kitchen, guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware. Featuring a terrace with garden views, this villa also offers a tea and coffee maker and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The unit has 1 bed.

Beautiful, clean villas. Feels like classic Caribbean villas. Freshly painted and well maintained. Beautiful terraced gardens. Fresh pastries delivered everyday. We made great use of the kitchen for meals (stovetop/microwave/toaster/large fridge/dishwasher). St Jean bay is gorgeous. Quiet on the hotel side, because of the airport runway (you can still pass through). Perfect sand, warm water. Close proximity to grocery shops, Gustavia, etc.
