We want to be completely transparent with you, at this time, there is intermittent construction going on in the vicinity of our apartment, they do not work every day, but when they do it is from 8:00am to 4:00pm except on weekends when they do not work . This could cause some inconveniences during your stay, such as occasional noise during the day.We understand how important your comfort and peace of mind is during your trip, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this construction may cause you.Despite nearby construction, we are committed to doing everything in our power to minimize disruption. We have maintained constant communication with local authorities and the construction company to ensure that noise regulations are respected and any unnecessary disruption is limited. We promise that we will do our best to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding in this situation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We liked the apartment. It was nice and clean. Many things were in the kitchen. There was a nice balcony. Good and clear communication with the hosts. Available parking spot. Nice location: close to san juan playa - 10 mins by foot, los gigantes - 10 mins by car

Clean and comfortable, had everything needed for a family. Private underground parking. Beach towels and toys for kids was a lovely addition, as well as changing the bed linens and towels. Friendly host.

Perfect location for Teide area and south part of the island hiking. All the needed facilities around - restaurants, supermarket etc. Very convenient car parking, very clean apartment, nice hosts. And selection of beach toys for the kids! :)
