Ski-in and Ski-out was possible and worked great Great communication with the owner in English. The kitchen was fully equipped, wifi worked great and there was even a washing machine which I forgot. :) The couch is very comfortable. The owner was very flexible with the check-in and check-out and it was a breeze. Quiet location, with no bars around, and two restaurants close by. one really great one across the street.

There was enough space for 4 people and even for 1-2 more would be enough. The apartment has a very fancy and modern design, there is enough private space for 2 couples as there is a second floor and everyone has their own private space for taking rest. It a quiet place, the sounds of road and neighbors did not disturb us at all. There were literally all facilities that we could imagine: washing machine and gel, cook, all possible staff for cooking, such as pans, pot, cutlery, tea, coffee, wonderful cups and etc. There was even a vacuum cleaner. For those who rides on snowboard/ski there was a dryer for clothes. There was also a place on a parking where we could left our car and it was protected from snow. Ski depo was also included and it was possible to place 3 snowboards and a pair of skis. It takes 3 minutes on foot to the nearest slope on which you can ride and in 1 minute get to the 1st lift-station. It takes ~10 minutes on foot to get to the nearest grocery store such as Spar, and 10-15 to Nikora. Great restaurant called Pasanauri is located in the building across the road, less than a minute walking. The hostess was VERY-VERY-VERY friendly and helped us with all our questions and ALWAYS was in touch with us.
