the host Khatona was exceptional, she welcome me with big smile, do quick check in and take my extremely heavy luggage to the 3rd floor all by herself!! she answer sll question with big smile, she is a happiness maker and deserve a rise! the balcony is almost 360 view

As the Shino lift was closed due to lack of snow it was a bit a walk to the lifts, but not too far. The room was very well heated. I had dinner in the hotel three times and every time the meal was absolutely delicious. Thanks to chef. Was also great value. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my stay

The stuff are really great and always there for you. Always with a smile and willing to help you in any case. The location is 3-5 minutes walk from SHINO snow lift and it’s really comfortable for anyone who came for ski or snowboarding. The breakfast is really good and worth it. The location is quiet and amazing for who ever likes it and for families.
