The fine print
Starting June 17th, the swimming pool will be closed for maintenance every Monday; it will remain open during holidays. Should you require any assistance during non-operational hours, please contact Guest Services at extension “0.”. We are sorry to inform you that we will undergo a maintenance project from 27 Feb 2024 09:00-18:00 (except for weekends or 12:00-14:00 during weekdays) onwards. There will be some noise occurring during the maintenance work. We will try to minimise the inconvenience caused and apologise for it. If you have any questions, please contact our guest service officer at extension “0”. Thank you for your kind cooperation and understanding.The hotel provides a free 2-way shuttle bus service to Pazhou Complex during the Canton Trade Fair. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Please note that during the Canton Trade Fair period, the rate for an extra bed is CNY 420.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Breakfast was sparse. Rooms were comfortable. The hotel is in the midst of renovation so the renovated floors are significantly nicer than the older floors.

Beautiful hotel in a great location This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely area. The staff is professional, responsive, and very helpful. Everything was positive during our stay — nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is good, spread is good with bread and hot food, fruits are very sweet. Love the sandwich and cereal. You can easily order food delivery and send your parcel too. Room is very spacious and clean, kids loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Location is near shopping malls and very safe, just beside Taikoo Hui Tianhe.

The helpful staff and the cleaning lady.The male staff Coral Cai was knowledgeable and gave good suggestions on use of metro after checking on his phone.
