Everything is automated and remote support was great. You just need an app and read the QR code in the entrance to access the building, then they will give you the code to access the apartment. Decor is beatiful, industrial minimalistic but gorgeous. Perfect for both short and long stays and family friendly. It is next to the Americana district which has tons of great restaurants, bars and cafés, plus the US consulate in case you need to do some paperwork there.

This is a little gem of a place in a central and quiet area of Guadalajara. It was so clean and insulated well so we never felt the cold at night, and the shower was amazing! Really lovely and comfortable. Our room had a little patio which was a little pointless though as the sun never peeps out onto it so it’s pretty cold, but all in all it was great. The property staff were really helpful with information for check in also, as I couldn’t download the app the lovely cleaning lady Ruth lent us her keycard which helped us out hugely! One night we had incredibly noisy neighbours though and this is how we know that if people want to jump around, you’ll hear them and it will be annoying. Considering it is central it’s quiet, but you will hear the occasional train at night. Loved our stay and wish the taxes and fees weren’t so high as for a night it was out of our budget when we returned to GDL. Thanks guys! :)

Excellent place to stay I'm Guadalajara. Close to everything and a lot of cool places within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and the apartments are great. Loved the decoration and the self check-in and check-out system. Very recommended if you want to be in a great place close to Chapultepec.
