GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges fee per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA. Price subject to change without notice. Access permits are NON-REFUNDABLE. A stay of 8 nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

Very nice place with lots of space in an agreeable community (lake, swimming pool, etc). Well equipped kitchen and large social spaces. Great to explore the surroundings (notably Yosemite park).
