5. Please leave the apartment in a fair state. Extra cleaning hour costs 50 CHFOnly guests included on the reservation are allowed to enter the property without the hosts' prior approval. NO visitors without host’s prior written approval are allowed. If it is determined that there were unauthorized visitors on site, the registered guest will be charged (for each unauthorized person) 100 CHF per person per day. If there are friends or family that you would like to visit you, please advise the host to gain agreement.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Large spacious apartment. Very clean. 3 very good sized rooms. Very good comms by the owner. Nice quiet location. The ski bus picks you up from almost right outside the apartment (during the day, not at night)

superb location - close to city center, gondola terminal, canyon -, quiet neighbourhood. Although did not meet the landlord. he was very attentive, asked many times how everything is.
