Shopping trip at Gretna gateway, perfect location in walking distance. Rooms were extremely clean, bed comfy, food fantastic. Definitely book again!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, always smiling and happy to assist. Even if they were busy, they still made the time to stop and assist with whatever you needed, even if it was just to chat. The room was very comfortable with everything you needed. It was across from the main building so we weren't disturbed by any celebrations. The meals were very filling and plentiful (the steak pie is a must) absolutely delicious
