Breakfast was a pre order night before but no issue owner was very friendly at Breakfast and with what toast tea/coffee all excellent and when Breakfast arrived very nice.

Everything was good - parking was easy, host was very friendly and helpful, room was pleasant, comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very nice and more than enough. Overall great value for money.
