Location, everything we needed plus extras including a step stool for our short family. It was a nice to find a litre carton of milk. Heating very effective with wood heater and air conditioner. Obviously a lot of thought and care put into the property for guests.

House was well equipped, I liked most the coffee machine, I can't stand instant coffee so was very pleased with the coffee, the beds were comfortable and the linens clean. Great spot, it's perfect for families.
