Very clean. Nice welcome. The accomodaition and area felt safe. Great coffee. Parking outside room. Local information available. Supermarket close by. Laundrette just up the road at front of RV park was very reasonable.

It's not the Ritz, but it's great value for the price. Everything is clean. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The wifi won't allow you to stream 4K movies, but it works prefectly well for everything else. The grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. Wayne is a cool host and his coffee will brighten your mornings. This motel is the perfect home base for people visiting Arches and Canyonlands national parks.

Great rooms, larger and cleaner than most motels we've been to. Opted for a "triple" that was comfortable for five adults. Highlight was Wayne, at reception. Very friendly, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. When asked, even provided a kettle for the tea drinkers in our group.
