Very welcoming and friendly throughout stay. It was only a short walk to the pier and seafront and near to the town. They have their own small car park which was great. Had a lovely room that was comfy and fairly quiet (the usual seagulls could be heard in the distance but can't say they were particularly loud, especially compared to other places I have stayed). i had booked a single but they gave me a double instead which was very kind of them. Didn't hear any other guests, the only time I saw them was at breakfast. Good variety of options available at breakfast -the usual toast, cereal, cooked breakfast, plus fruit and yoghurt. They also made note of your preferences (so I had a bowl of cereal waiting each morning). Also had bonus of homemade baked goodies that you could take back to your room, which was very nice of them. Very good value for money, would definitely use them again. Thank you for the lovely stay x
