Ideally placed for what we needed, everything we needed, plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen and facilities

Not a lot of choice in the town. Three of us were on a cycling trip and a good sized house is great for bike storage and washing kit. Radiators all worked which was very useful. The house is clean and comfortable. Very good value.
