The red house is just a pleasant place to stay. It is a little tired , but it is clean and neat and a good price and the staff are lovely. We always enjoy staying here and it’s good value.

The Red House is good value and well located in the town, just north of the town centre and on a pleasant road. There is a little noise from the road and railway line, but the room I had was well insulated from it. The room was cool on a hot evening and the bed was comfortable.

Friendly greeting on arrival. Good breakfast. All facilities, including room nice and clean. Have stayed before and would do so again. Highly recommended.
