The staff was excellent especially Rochelle at the front desk, we had a concern with the queen bed being too small to sleep our new baby and two adults. She came up with an acceptable solution that was over and above our expectations.

Second floor - out of all the rooms I've booked a year ago, I received the same room. I'm pretty sure it is AI that did that but I like to try other rooms. Really enjoyed the shower!
