Friendly greeting by staff at front desk and friendly / helpful staff throughout hotel. Very spacious room with excellent selection of facilities and kitchen. The market from which to get a selection of items for room and the service to leave a list for staff to acquire specific items. The pool and balcony grill options. Good location in downtown Grand Rapids. Good car parking facilities. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower.

Great location, parking is a little clumsy as the predominant parking is around the corner not directly across from the hotel(that spot only has room for around 10 cars. Cleanliness & amenities were top notch at this hotel!
