We stayed in the apartment "Segundo izquierdo" (second left) for 6 nights, during the firsts days of the year. The accommodation is in a samall updated building, on the second floor, 5 minutes walk from Gran Via de Colon and Reyes Católicos intersection and 2 minutes from Navas St, the street with all kind of places to eat. The apartment faces to the rear and right side of the building and during our stay it was very quiet. We use the private parking of the accommodation (about 150 m of the building) for two nights and it was ok. We found everything we needed for our stay, kitchen utensils, washing machine and iron. In the building there is a terrace, it is very nice, we had lunch there on a sunny day of almost 20º and it was really a very nice experience.

The location is perfect, the parking (including the instructions) is easy (even for an SUV). The SPA, which you have for yourself during the separatly booked time slot, is relaxing and for fair price. There was one issue, but the owner resolved it quickly even though it was almost midnight as we contacted him.
