Lovely bright apartment even better than the photos. We found the balconies an added bonus. Location-wise it's perfect, overlooking a leafy square with bars and cafes. There's a bakery below which is great for breakfast coffees and pastries. As a result we didn't really use the kitchen much, but it does have a washing machine and detergent which we did use.
