It is part of the listed buildings of the 17th century Heritage, a place of magic, culture and art.It was an old pilgrims' inn, and its original structure of the time consists of an interior Andalusian patio, full of light and water, fountains of life, where there is a wish tree that leaves no visitor indifferent, every pilgrim leaves their best wishes there. Place of painting exhibitions where every Granadan painter wishes to exhibit their works and artistic creations. Each of our rooms are inspired by literary masterpieces, influenced by Granada, by local, Spanish and international authors, lovers of this city.Breakfast is served in El Aljibe del 13th century delicacies prepared in an artisanal way daily with local products, and traditional Granadan products, there is a large table in the style of a 17th century inn where all our guests enjoy in the company of the great Gar Anat family.Our Aljibe is an intimate and unique place, ideal for all kinds of meetings and business events with capacity for about 25 people.Gar Anat is completely respectful of the environment and promotes sustainable development in its facilities. We got up-grated to a bigger room, which was a nice surprice and with the most comfortable beds. The loacation was excellent, right in town, walking to everything. Parking in Granada is tricky and the parking lot near by the hotel, it bit pricy, euro 20, per day. It was not so easy to get in and out of the underground parking with a. SUV, and many oneway streets, it was like being in a maze! But the hotel was very clean and nicely decorated , you can sense the old heritage in the walls . Would come back , had the best sleep.

The property was well located to sights and shopping. Granada is a beautiful city. My review is no doubt influenced by the rooms we occupied. We had rooms 111 and 112 - basic rooms. The rooms had mostly everything we would want but were very very small. The photographs on booking.com give the appearance of them being much larger than they were. The lady who did the breakfast and cleaning was professional and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided was adequate. The building is historical and therefore unique. It does have a lift.

The hotel is charming but most amazing is the stuff I felt really overprotected and everything that seemed to be not possible eventually was possible like the Alhambra visit in the high season so kudos to the team!
