Location next to the Alhambra and the comfort of the room. The pool is small but nice.

This was such a lovely hotel staff super helpful lovely room with all needed amenities. Close proximity to Alhambra and short walk downhill to town centre. Good breakfast buffet and menu and poolside options

Staff members are so professional and friendly. They are very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Alhambra, which was our main reason to stay in Granada. It is also very nice to have a morning and early evening walk in the park. The city centre is within walking distance downhill. To come back it is bit challenging, however buses are available as well as taxi which about 5 euros. Breakfast is good.

The room was well designed with all the amenities one can expect. Staff was generally very helpful and went beyond expectation for take care of guests.
