The fine print
- All guests with will need to fill in their National ID details through an online form before their arrival, as a legal requirement.- Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed.- The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels.- The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.- Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay.- Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 45€.- Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost.- A deposit pre-authorisation up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out.- A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in.- We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed.- Our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great location, has everything you need for a lovely beachside break. Beds super comfortable! The air conditioning in the bedrooms was appreciated. Close to beach and many restaurants. The supermarket right next door was very handy! Loved the rooftop bbq area. The rental management team are incredible, super responsive to any issues.

Great location, about 10 mins from the airport. Very convenient to have a shop right beside the property. Beautiful place, great amenities and so lovely to have the private rooftop with gorgeous views. It was very peaceful and we had a lovely time. Also, there was a beach 4 min drive from apartment, again with stunning views and wasn’t busy when we were there.

Location perfect, 13 minutes from the airport. Parking outside side gate, cannot park inside complex. Apartment was spacious, and had everything needed. Had to contact management team a few times to explain where things were and how they worked, but once sorted everything was great. Roof terrace was amazing, full sun trap. Air con in both bedrooms and ceiling fan in lounge room. Bathroom was good, kitchen well stocked with cutlery and crockery, washing machine and a lovely outside area, which is enclosed, for drying clothes. Fantastic supermarket next door, with all you need. Overall, this apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. I would not return due to the amount of steps to the apartment, but would recommend it to more “able” people.
