The building is located near the Badersee bus stop on the way to Eibsee. There are several nice restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The room was clean, and while the shower is in the same room, the toilet is shared. This wasn't a problem since there weren't many residents. Additionally, it's close to a stream of water, which is very soothing to listen to while sleeping. I have a small balcony that offers a view of the Zugspitze.

It was a very affordable price and the view from our room was very pretty. We also had access to a privat balcony from our room.

The location was great, the staff was super friendly. You could see the mountains from the balcony and the landscape was amazing.
