Nice and cosy, most likely family run, located within walking distance to historic city centre and just a few hundred meters from the beach. Tasty and diverse breakfasts. Definitely recommended for it’s price.

(+) Great location - just 5 minutes to the beach and Despar grocery, and 15 minutes walk to Grado town center (+) Very hospitable and friendly staff (+) Full breakfast with variety of food and drinks (+) Tidy rooms with balcony & AC, cleaning service every day (+) Own parking lot behind the hotel building (at extra 10€ per day) or free street parking (at designated areas) (+) Beach space can be chosen, booked and paid directly at the hotel (25€ per day for set of two beds and umbrella ), otherwise online or at the beach entrance

The hotel is very classy and clean. The staff are very kind and communicative. They also have a small game room next to dinning table with the tv and sofa. The breakfast they serve is always fresh and enough for everyone.☺️
